Learning from my project
What I learned?
I learned how the global warming is important in our life. Now I realized how people suffer in some countries such in Africa continent from hunger and poverty. The most important thing is that I have to do something just to save the earth, even if it is small thing to do, also being a part in national aware of effective from global warming. As I am a student in Higher Colleges of Technology, I learned how I can do research, finding exact topic about global warming and watched so many records of global warming and more focus to this problem and what will happen in few years if we did nothing about it.

Individual action
What individual can do to reduce?!
Things can be done to reduce the CO2 levels in our country. There are many things which are producing the CO2 in the UAE:
1) Vehicle emissions
2) Industrials emissions
3) Fires in houses and warehouses.
4) Burning sewage
To avoid producing the CO2 levels on all the points above, on vehicle which I can do it individually. I don’t have to drive a car with 6, 8 or 12 cylinders while there is 4 cylinders and don’t use more fuel. There are seasons when we don’t have to use cars everyday, like winter. On this season the climate in the UAE is cool and cold sometimes, we can walk or use bicycle to reach our destination.

UAE global warming
Regarding to the Gulf newspaper article about the UAE global warming, how the UAE people can do to reduce the causes and effects of global warming. I think mankind have an opportunities to develop a technology on decreasing the causes specially the UAE and generally world wide. It is true that they can slow down the global warming by co-operating all people together and face this problem, give reasons why they should do this and what result can lead to do this. This can be done with small amount of money if everybody participates in the campaign, as the newspaper said “Curbing the global warming won’t bankrupt the economy”, its helpful the result will soon appears on how many million of dirhams we saved after the campaign.

One effect
Turning to the ice melting, there are many animals live there in the North and South Pole, such as polar bears and penguins. While the ice is melting, these animals will struggle because they rely on this land. Another point is when the glacier start to melt, the sea levels will rise for 100 meters high, some cities in the world will be in danger and they will sink under the water. Yet another point is the water recycles in the ocean will be stop when there is no cold surface is available, the hot current goes up and the cold one is going down, this recycle is a main factor of fish growth and small creatures which they live deep in the ocean are the food for those fishes. Without this cold current will stop the fish growth.
All effects
The effects of the global warming is worst than we thought. It dried most of the lands in Africa; they stay without waters and rain seasons for years. Other effect is that glacier is melting and the size of the ice boundary from the polar ice cap is decreased since 1979, this will rise the sea levels year after a year and most important cities like New York will sink. Next effect related to global warming is the layer of the earth is blocking the sun radiation to goes out so it keeps inside and makes the earth warmer, all that because the layer is become thicker. Yet another effect is number of animals are decreasing while the insects spread around more.
One cause
The main causes of global warming are Carbon Dioxide which is comes from the vehicle emission. More people around the world are trying to have a machine to transport from and to a specific place they want. However, every year people birth is increasing dramatically. Here we face a new world problem on increases number of people and links to how many people who own car or how many families own a car around the world. More cars on roads mean more Carbon Dioxide is released. This toxic gas can harm all the plant and also human beings. According to the scientist, they announce in their latest reports that pollution in modern cities are increasing because of burning fossil fuels.
